K Srinivas Civil Contractor is run from 1-9-323/26 in Bhagyanagar Colony. This is over in the Kushaiguda area. It’s more of a home-base for the contracting work we do. Being a civil contractor means we are usually out at sites, but this is where all the paperwork and planning happens. The colony is a quiet residential place. We keep our tools and some materials nearby when they aren't being used at a project. It’s not a big company with hundreds of employees. It is just a small team led by K Srinivas. We take on various building and repair jobs around the city. Kushaiguda is a decent area because it lets us reach different parts of the region fairly easily. Most of our days are spent talking to laborers or checking on supplies like cement and bricks. It’s dusty and tiring work, but that’s the nature of construction.
