We’ve been based out of Ismailabad for a long time now. It’s a quiet village post office area in the Kurukshetra district of Haryana, and most people around here know where to find us. The office isn't anything fancy, just a regular place where we get our daily work done. Usually, the day starts early with some tea and a look at what needs to be finished before the sun goes down. The roads around here can get a bit dusty during the summer, but that’s just how it is in this part of the state. We don't have a big sign or anything, just the address V.P.O Ismailabad. It’s home for us. Some days are busier than others, especially when the weather is nice and people are moving about. You might see a few of us sitting outside if the power goes off, which happens from time to time. We don't really bother with big speeches or trying to look bigger than we are. It’s just a local operation run by people who grew up in these parts. If you are driving through the district, you’ll see the landmarks we use to tell people how to get here. We’ve seen the area change over the years, more shops opening up and more cars on the road, but our spot remains pretty much the same. We just keep our heads down and handle the tasks at hand without making a fuss about it. That is how we have always done it.
