We are out in Bir Mathana, which is a bit of a quiet spot compared to the main city. Our shop is easy to find if you’re coming through the village. We handle a bit of everything here, from people needing to fix something with their phones to folks looking for a way to get out of town for a few days. It gets a bit dusty out here on the road, but we try to keep the place tidy. There’s usually someone sitting outside the shop chatting or waiting for a ride. We started this place because people in the village needed a local spot to get things done without going all the way into Kurukshetra every time. It’s a family-run kind of thing, so you might see different people behind the counter depending on the time of day. We don’t have a big corporate office or anything like that. It’s just a small room with some posters on the wall and a few logbooks for the travel bookings. Some days are slow, especially when it’s really hot outside and nobody wants to move, but then in the evenings, it gets busy again. We just do the work as it comes in. Most of the people who come by are neighbors or people we’ve known for years. It’s a good way to stay connected with what’s happening in Bir Mathana. It's just a regular shop where people stop by to talk and get their business finished.
