Performedreal Estates Llp is located on the first floor of Plot Number 35 in the HSIIDC area of Barwala. It’s an industrial sort of place, so there’s always trucks and noise around, but we like the energy. We’ve been here for a while now, focusing on the real estate needs of this specific area. Our office isn't anything special to look at, just a few desks and some chairs where we meet with people. We spend a lot of our time dealing with industrial plots and commercial spaces since that's what Barwala is known for. It’s a lot of technical work, checking land records and making sure the boundaries are right. We aren't some big city firm with shiny shoes. We’re usually in boots because we’re out on the plots half the time. The weather gets pretty hot in the summer, and the office fan does its best to keep up. We just try to be useful to the people who come to us. There isn't any fancy philosophy behind what we do. We just know the HSIIDC rules and how the local land market works. Sometimes the paperwork takes longer than we’d like, but that’s just the way it is. We’ve seen a lot of businesses start up around here. We’re just a small team trying to do a good job for the folks in Barwala. It’s steady work and it keeps us busy.
