New Pakiza Hotel & Restaurant

New Pakiza Hotel & Restaurant is situated on K.D.B. Road in Kurukshetra, not far from the New Anaaj Mandi Chownk. Being near the grain market means there are always people around, especially during the harvesting seasons. The 136118 area is quite active. We have both a hotel and a restaurant here, but we don't try to make it sound like something it isn't. It’s just a place to eat and stay. We spend a lot of our time managing the day-to-day tasks like cleaning and keeping the inventory stocked. The road outside can get quite busy with tractors and trucks going toward the Mandi. We don't have any fancy brochures or corporate missions. We just focus on the people who walk through our doors. Kurukshetra has its busy times of the year, and we just try to keep up with the demand. The weather changes a lot here, from very hot to quite cold in the winter. We just adjust and keep the doors open. It’s a lot of manual work and staying on our feet. We’ve been here at this location on K.D.B. Road for a while, so we know the local rhythm pretty well. It’s just us running the place as best as we can, without any big promotional talk. We just do the work and stay part of the local community near the chownk. Every day brings something different but the work remains the same.
