Our office is located right opposite the New Bus Stand in Ratgal, Thanesar. It is a very handy spot because everyone knows where the bus stand is. We are care of Vikram Singh, the son of Jaipal Singh. This is Kurukshetra, 136118. Being near the bus stand means we see a lot of people coming and going all day long. It can be quite loud with the buses pulling in and out, but we are used to it by now. We focus on helping people find a new direction abroad. It is mostly just us handling the paperwork and explaining the steps to anyone who comes in. We don't have fancy decorations or a reception desk with a uniform. It is more likely you will find us sitting with a stack of files or checking emails on a slightly old computer. Sometimes the door squeaks when you open it, but it’s a friendly place. We try to be direct and tell people the truth about their chances and the process. There is no point in making things sound better than they are. We have been in Ratgal for a while and we know the locals pretty well. It is a straightforward business and we like keeping it that way. No big fuss, just a lot of steady work. It keeps us busy.
