Mge Constructions is based out of the Housing Board Colony in Shahabad Markanda. We are at house number 1002, which is where we keep all our files and do the planning. Kurukshetra is a good place to be working because there is always something going on. We handle a lot of construction projects in the local area and around the state. It isn't always easy work, especially when the rain hits or materials get delayed, but we find a way to manage. Most of our day is spent out on the ground rather than sitting behind a desk. We’ve got a small crew and we all know our roles pretty well by now. There is no corporate ladder here, just people trying to get the job done right so we can move on to the next one. Sometimes things get a bit messy at the office with all the drawings and maps lying around, but we know where everything is. We don't really have a fancy reception area or anything like that. If someone stops by, they usually find us talking about the latest site requirements or checking schedules. It’s a straightforward business and we don’t try to make it sound like more than it is. We just focus on the building part and making sure the structures are up to the mark. That’s how we’ve always operated here in Shahabad and we will just keep at it for as long as there is work to be done in this part of the country.
