Lic Of India is where Sandeep Kumar works alongside the rest of us here in Vpo Kirmach. We are located in the Kurukshetra district of Haryana and have been part of this village community for quite a while. Most people know Sandeep’s father, Sh Rajender Kumar, so finding our office isn't usually too hard for the locals. It is not a very big or fancy setup, just a practical space where we handle the insurance paperwork that comes through. Dealing with life insurance can be confusing for a lot of folks, so we just try to get the forms filled out correctly and sent off. The office gets a bit dusty being in a rural area, but we keep things moving as best as we can. We spend a lot of our time sitting at the desks checking over policy details and talking to neighbors who stop by with questions. Sometimes the internet is slow which makes the work take longer, but that is just how it goes here. We don't have any big corporate signs or expensive furniture. It is just a simple room with the files we need to do the job. We show up every morning and get through the stack of papers on the desk. It’s a quiet life in Kirmach and we are just here to do this specific work for the people in our part of the district.
