Lal Handloom Emporium

Lal Handloom Emporium is our little shop located at Ambedkar Chowk. We have been here for a good while now, right in the middle of all the activity. The chowk is always busy, and we are right in the thick of it. We mostly deal with handloom items and different kinds of fabrics. It is a simple place with shelves full of rolls of cloth and some finished goods tucked into the corners. We don't have a fancy display or bright lights, just a regular storefront where we spend our days. Most of our time is spent helping people find the right material or just chatting with the locals who pass by. The shop can get a bit crowded when a few people come in at once because we have so much stock packed in. It’s not a corporate operation at all. We are just a few people working here, keeping things moving. Sometimes the floor needs a good sweep because of the dust from the street, but we do our best. We don't really do the whole online thing; we just like seeing people face to face. It’s a straightforward business. We open up in the morning, set out some of the items, and wait for the day to start. Ambedkar Chowk is a landmark for us, and we are glad to be part of the community there. It's just what we do.
