Our workplace is located at H. No. 304/5 in Bhagwan Nager Colony, Kurukshetra. It’s more of a home-based feel than a big glass office, which suits us just fine. Being in a colony means we know most of the people who walk past our gate every morning. We handle all sorts of electronics here at L G Electronics India Ltd, mostly focusing on what people need for their daily lives. The rooms are filled with stacks of paperwork and various components. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s mostly just us handling the phones and making sure the technicians know where they are going for the day. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic with all the parts lying around, but we have our own system. Kurukshetra is a place with a lot of history, but our day-to-day is very modern, dealing with circuits and cooling systems. We sit at our desks, drink some coffee, and get through the list of tasks. It’s an honest way to work. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a fancy lobby. We just want to make sure the work gets done and the records are kept straight. Most of the time, the neighbors stop by just to say hello or ask a quick question about a machine. We like it that way. It feels more like a community than just a corporate business. It’s a steady routine for our small group here.
