It’s a busy area, especially with all the engineering and construction stuff we have going on. Our office is often filled with rolls of blueprints, yellow helmets, and boots that have seen a lot of mud. We aren't the kind of people who stay behind a desk all day; someone is always coming in from a site or heading out to check on a project. The air in the office usually smells a bit like paper and damp concrete. We have a big table in the middle where we spread out the plans and go over the details. It gets a bit loud when everyone is in at the same time, but we usually manage to get things sorted. Shanti Nagar is a decent place to be located, and we’ve been here long enough that the postman doesn't even have to look at the address anymore. We don't have a receptionist in a suit. If you walk in, you’ll just see us working. The furniture is a bit mismatched, and the tea is usually too sweet, but it feels like a real workplace. We just focus on the projects we have in front of us and try to keep everything moving according to the schedule. It is hard work, but we are used to it.
