Our office is located on Pipli Road in Kurukshetra, specifically near the Agrasin Chowk area in Mohan Nagar. Keshav Properties has been helping people find pieces of land and homes around here for several years. It is a very straightforward business. People come to us when they want to buy a plot or find a house to rent, and we just show them what is currently available. We don’t have a big staff; it is mostly just us and a couple of young assistants helping out. The phone rings a lot, and we spend a good chunk of our day driving around to different sites to check on things. Kurukshetra is growing fast these days, so there is always something new happening with the local real estate. We try to keep up with the prices and all the paperwork, which can be a real headache sometimes. We aren’t trying to be the biggest agency in the whole town. We just want to give people honest information so they do not get stuck with a bad deal or a property with issues. Sometimes we even tell people not to buy a certain property if we think the drainage is bad or the papers aren’t clear. Our reputation in Mohan Nagar is important because we live here too. You won't find any glossy posters or high-pressure sales talk in our office. Usually, it is just a conversation over a small table with some maps spread out.
