J.S.R. Constructions Pvt. Ltd.

Our current base for J.S.R. Constructions is actually Room 250 at the P.G. Hostel in N.I.T. Kurukshetra. It’s an unusual spot for a construction company, but it’s where we are starting things from. Being in Haryana gives us a good central point. Since we are in a hostel room, space is definitely tight. There are blueprints and papers all over the desk, and sometimes on the bed too. It’s a bit of a grind, working out of a student residential area, but it works for now. We spend a lot of time on our laptops or out at sites, so the room is mostly just for the administrative side of things. It’s definitely not a corporate office with a lobby. We are just a small team trying to get our projects off the ground. Often, we are up late working because the environment is quiet at night. People come and go in the hallway, and it can be a bit distracting, but we stay focused. We don't have any fancy signs outside. The campus at N.I.T. Kurukshetra is actually quite nice, with a lot of trees and space. It’s a bit strange being the only business in a building full of students, but we make it work. We have to follow the hostel rules, so no loud noise late at night. Sometimes the students ask us what we are doing, and we tell them about our work. We use the common areas for meetings sometimes if the room is too crowded. Our paperwork is organized in plastic bins. It isn't much, but it's where we are for now.
