Jain Property Advisor

Our office, Jain Property Advisor, is situated at Sco 54-P in Sector-19, Huda. It’s a standard commercial block, so we’re surrounded by other offices and a few shops. We’ve been working from this unit for a good few years now. It’s not a very big space, just enough for some desks and a couple of chairs for people to sit on while we talk. Being an advisor means we spend most of our time looking at documents and explaining the rules to people who are confused about property laws or prices. It’s not very exciting work, but we find it interesting enough. We don't use any fancy software to do our jobs. Most of it is just experience and knowing the local Huda area. We have stacks of files everywhere. Sometimes it takes us a minute to find the right one, but we always get there. We aren't the type to use big marketing words. We just tell people what we know based on the papers in front of us. The office is usually quiet, except for the sound of the traffic outside and the occasional bird that lands on the windowsill. We like the routine of coming in every morning and checking the new listings. It’s a steady life. We don't have a mission statement or anything like that on the walls. We just have a calendar and some photos of our families. It’s a real place run by real people who just do their jobs.
