Am Engineer Solar Energy

Our place is at 7B in Krishna Nager. It’s a small shop, mostly filled with parts and some old desks. Am Engineer Solar Energy is really just a group of us who enjoy the technical side of things. We’ve been working out of Krishna Nager for a good while now. Most of our days are spent out at different sites, so the office is often empty until later in the evening. We do solar stuff, obviously. It ranges from small garden lights to full house systems. We don’t have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s just us and our tools. Sometimes the rain slows us down, especially during the monsoon when you can’t really get up on a roof safely. We wait it out and then get back to it. We know the people around here pretty well. It’s a neighborhood where people still talk to each other. We try to explain how the batteries work to folks who aren't used to it. It can be confusing with all the different voltages and types. We just take it slow and show them the wires. If you walk by 7B, you’ll probably see a couple of panels leaning against the wall waiting to be loaded. That’s us. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to help people get their own power. It’s steady work and it keeps us busy. Most of the time we're just checking connections and making sure everything is tight for the next storm.
