We are based in Kurukshetra, up in Sector 13 at plot number 911. This part of Haryana is all about agriculture, and that’s exactly what we handle here at Adani Agri Logistics. The office is situated in a fairly organized sector, which is a bit different from the crowded city centers. We spend a lot of time dealing with grain storage and moving agricultural products across the region. It’s seasonal work in many ways. When the harvest comes in, things get incredibly hectic and we are working around the clock. The rest of the year is more about maintenance and planning. Our office isn't anything special to look at. It’s a functional space with some sturdy furniture and plenty of space for files. We have people here who really understand the local farming cycle. We don't bother with corporate slogans. We just talk about tonnage, weather, and transport routes. Sometimes the local power goes out, and we just sit outside and wait for it to come back. It’s a very grounded kind of work. We see a lot of farmers and truck drivers passing through. The atmosphere is pretty relaxed until the harvest hits. Then, it's all hands on deck. We just do our part to make sure the food supply keeps moving through the system without getting held up.
