Our office is at 2-6-563 on Park Road in Gandhi Nagar. It’s a familiar spot for anyone living around here. Venkata Lakshmi Associates has been part of this street for quite a while. We aren't some big city firm with fancy brochures. We are just local people helping other locals with their property and legal needs. The office is usually a bit dusty because of the road work outside, but we try to keep it tidy. We have a couple of ceiling fans that make a lot of noise. You’ll mostly find us sitting around the big wooden table discussing files. We don't use much technology besides the basics. It’s more about the conversations we have with people who walk in. Some days are slow, and we just watch the traffic on Park Road. Other days, we have people lined up outside. We don't have a set corporate culture. We just treat people like neighbors. If someone needs a document checked or a plot looked at, we do it. We know the history of this area pretty well. The tea man comes by at 4 PM every day without fail. That’s our favorite part of the day. We aren't looking to expand into a giant corporation. This office in Gandhi Nagar is enough for us. We just keep doing what we do. It's simple work but it keeps us connected to the neighborhood.
