We are located at 5-12 on Bethamcherla Road in Malkapuram. Siva Minerals has been operating from this spot for a long time. The road out front gets quite busy with tractors and lorries. Around here, everyone knows the mineral business is what keeps the area going. Our facility is mostly open-air because of the dust and the nature of the rocks we handle. We spend our days sorting through different materials and getting them ready for transport. Malkapuram is a rugged place, and the work reflects that. It's not easy on the hands or the clothes. We have a small crew of local men who know the rocks better than anyone. We usually start work before the sun gets too high. There is a lot of noise from the machinery, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. Sometimes visitors come by looking for specific types of minerals, and we show them what we have in the bins. It’s a very manual process most of the time. We don't have a big marketing department or a website. Most of our business comes from people who know us on Bethamcherla Road. We just keep our heads down and do the work that needs doing. The office is just a small room with a fan and a desk where we handle the invoices. It’s a basic life but it suits us well enough. We don't ask for much, just a steady stream of work to keep the machines running.
