Shiva Sai Super Bazaar

Shiva Sai Super Bazaar is right near the New Bus Stand in Bank Colony. Being so close to the bus stand means it is never really quiet around here. We get a lot of people coming in who are just passing through or waiting for their ride. They usually want a cold drink or some biscuits for the trip. Then we have our regulars from Bank Colony who come in for their weekly groceries like flour and oil. The shop is pretty packed with shelves and we try to fit as much as we can so people have choices. Sometimes it’s a bit of a squeeze when it gets crowded in the evenings. We’ve got everything from soap to snacks piled up. It’s just me and a couple of others working the counter and stocking the shelves when things get low. We don't have those fancy automated checkouts you see in the malls. We just ring things up and chat with the neighbors while we bag their stuff. The floor gets a bit muddy when it rains outside because of the foot traffic, but we just mop it up and keep going. We like being in this part of town because there is always something happening. It’s a simple grocery store and we don't try to be anything else. We just want to make sure the milk is fresh and the shelves aren't empty when people come home from work.
