Receptionist

My daily workspace is located at 87/75 Srilaxmi Nagar which is in the B-Camp area of Kurnool. Being a receptionist in this office means I am usually the first face anyone sees when they step inside. I have lived in this 518002 area for quite a long time, so I know all the local shortcuts and where the best shops are. The office setup is very simple and functional. I handle all the incoming mail, take the phone calls, and make sure the lobby area stays tidy for our visitors. Kurnool can get incredibly hot during the summer months, so we usually keep the fans running at full speed all day long. Srilaxmi Nagar is a good spot to work in because it is not too far from the main road but still stays relatively quiet. I spend a lot of my time filing papers and waiting for the next person to walk through the door. It is always nice when the regular visitors stop for a quick minute to talk about the weather or news from around town. I do not have a big team working with me, it is mostly just me at the front desk doing whatever needs to be done. I like that the work is steady and predictable. Sometimes the phone rings constantly and other times it is so quiet that you can hear the clock on the wall. Either way, I am here from the morning until we close up.
