R K Prasada Raju is the person in charge at our site in Itikala Post. We are located in the Kolimigundla Mandal area of Kurnool. This is where the work for M/S Priya Cements Ltd happens under the Rain Commodities name. It’s a rural part of Andhra Pradesh, so it’s not exactly a city lifestyle out here. We are surrounded by the landscape of the 518123 area. The work is physically demanding and often quite dusty because of the cement. We don’t have a polished corporate office with air conditioning in every corner. It’s more of a functional industrial site. We spend our time checking on the production lines and making sure the trucks are loaded correctly. Prasada Raju deals with the day-to-day headaches that come with running a plant in a remote area. We don't use fancy marketing words or try to pretend we are something we're not. We are a cement production unit, plain and simple. The sun can be brutal in Kurnool, but the team here is used to it. We don't have a lot of time for meetings that don't go anywhere. We prefer to be out on the floor or in the yard seeing what's happening. It’s an honest way to earn a living. We've been a part of this local community for years, providing jobs and keeping the industry moving. It’s not always easy, but it’s our work.
