Slv Hardware Industry

You can find Slv Hardware Industry up on the second floor of the Ucon Shoppy building. We occupy units 4 and 5. It’s not your typical street-level shop, so you have to head up the stairs or take the lift to find us. Being in a shopping complex means we have to be a bit more organized with our space. We handle a lot of different hardware items, things people need for building or fixing stuff up. It gets a bit crowded in the units sometimes because we have so many boxes stacked up near the ceiling. We try to keep track of everything, but every now and then we have to go digging for a specific part someone asked for. It’s just how it goes when you have a lot of small metal pieces and tools. The staff here is small, just a few of us who know where most things are kept. We've been in this spot for a while, and the other shop owners in the building are friendly enough. It’s a busy place during the week. We don't do much fancy advertising; people just seem to find us when they need a specific hinge or a bolt for their project. We spend a lot of time checking orders and making sure the shelves aren't completely empty. It’s a practical business. We deal with the day-to-day needs of local builders and homeowners who happen to be in the area. We usually have what is needed if you look hard enough through the stacks.
