We don't have a quiet, isolated office. There is always the sound of the market and people shouting outside. It’s an honest way to work. We spend our days coordinating with different vendors and making sure our shipments are ready. We don't use a lot of fancy corporate jargon. We just speak plainly about what needs to happen.
