Jr Manager

This is the office where I handle the junior management tasks for Bramahani Industries. We are situated in Jammalamadugu, which is in the Kadapa district. It’s quite a way out from the big cities, and the landscape around here is pretty rugged. My name is Viswanath Goud and I spend most of my time here at the plant. My daily routine is basically about keeping the operations running as they should. I spend a lot of time walking around the site and talking to the workers to see what’s needed. It can get incredibly hot in this part of the country, so we usually try to get the heavy stuff done early in the morning. There’s a lot of dust and noise because of the nature of the industry, but we are used to it. I keep my desk here for all the scheduling and the reports that have to be sent up the line. It’s not a fancy job with a lot of perks. It’s just about making sure the production targets are met and that everyone is doing what they are supposed to be doing. Sometimes there are problems with the machines or the supplies don't show up on time, and then it’s my job to sort it out. We don't have any big slogans. We just try to keep the business moving every day. It's a quiet town otherwise, and we're just a part of the local industry.
