Imran Associates is over in Balaji Nagar. The specific door number is 90/3-144-2. It’s a local spot where we’ve set up shop to handle real estate stuff. Balaji Nagar is a familiar place for many, and we’ve tried to make our office feel like a part of the neighborhood. It’s not some big glass building downtown. Instead, it’s a simple office where we keep our files and meet people. We spend a lot of our time out on the field, looking at houses or meeting folks, but this is where we do all the typing and phone calls. The room is filled with folders and some old maps of the area. We like it this way. It’s comfortable. People around here know us, and we know them. We don’t go in for fancy slogans or anything like that. We just show up every morning and see what needs to be done. Sometimes a neighbor will just pop in to say hello or ask about a price they saw on a sign. We keep the coffee going and the door open when the weather is nice. It’s a small operation, just a couple of us working together. We’ve been in Balaji Nagar for a while and don’t plan on moving. It's a steady place to be. If you're walking through the colony, you'll see our sign. It's just a regular office for regular work. We handle the daily tasks and talk to whoever walks in.
