Our HR and Admin office for Kmc Constructions Ltd. is located out in Yerravalli village. This is in the Mahaboob Nager district of Andhra Pradesh. Being based in a village is a bit different from the usual city office life. It’s a lot quieter out here, though we stay very busy with all the construction projects we have to manage. We handle all the administrative tasks and the human resources side of things for the company. That involves keeping track of a lot of workers and making sure all the paperwork for the construction sites is in order. We don't have a fancy office with a big sign. It’s just a practical place where we can do our work without too many distractions. Most of us who work here are local to the area or have been here long enough to feel like locals. We don't use much corporate talk because it just doesn't fit with how we work. We prefer to just speak plainly and get the job done. The office can get a bit dusty since there is always construction equipment moving around nearby, but that’s just part of the job. We focus on making sure the guys on the sites have what they need and that their pay and records are handled correctly. It’s a simple, honest way to run the admin side of a big construction firm like ours.
