Graduate Engg Trainee

I am working out of the government quarters in Cement Nagar. The address is H.No:9-29, and you can find me under P.N.Sathish Babu’s care. Being in Kurnool district, specifically in a place like Cement Nagar, means everything feels very connected to the industry around here. I am a Graduate Engg Trainee, so I am basically here to learn and help out where I can. The quarters are pretty basic, but they serve the purpose for the work I do. Most of my day is spent checking on technical details or helping with site reports. It is definitely not a flashy life. I deal with a lot of dust because of where we are located, and the heat in Andhra can be really tough in the afternoons. I usually start early before it gets too bad. I have my desk set up with some books and my laptop. It is a practical arrangement. I am not trying to impress anyone with a big office; I just want to get the engineering side of things right. P.N. Sathish Babu oversees what I am doing, which is good because there is a lot to pick up. We don't have any fancy meetings, just quick talks about what needs to happen next. It is just a regular daily grind of learning the ropes in a very industrial part of the country. I spend my evenings just catching up on some reading or walking around the quarters area.
