Gayarti Hospital

Gayarti Hospital is tucked away in Kurnool Bazar, right near that old post box everyone uses for their mail. Being in the bazar means it’s always loud outside. You hear the vendors and the bikes all day long. Inside, we try to keep it a bit calmer, but it’s a busy hospital. We get a lot of people coming in from the market when they have an accident or just feel unwell. The floors are tiled and we mop them constantly because of all the foot traffic. My office is small and filled with books and old records. We’ve been part of this bazar for a long time. People use the post box as a landmark to find us. It’s a simple building, nothing too modern to look at from the outside. We have a few nurses who have worked here since the very beginning. We eat lunch together when we can, usually something spicy from one of the food stalls nearby. The mornings are the hardest because everyone wants to be seen at once. By the evening, things slow down a bit and we can catch our breath. We don't do much marketing because everyone in the bazar already knows we are here. It’s just an honest place to get checked out. We deal with whatever comes our way, from small cuts to bigger issues. That’s life at Gayarti Hospital in the middle of the bazar. We stay busy and we stay open for the people around here.
