If you are looking for Esquire Associates, we are tucked away behind Kakatiya School in Maddur Nagar. The office is in Lakshmi Nilayam, which is easy to find if you know the Kurnool area. We’ve been operating from this spot for a bit now. It’s quiet back here away from the main road noise. We deal with various property and building matters. Most of the time we are out on sites or meeting people, so the office might look empty, but someone is usually reachable. We don't use big slogans or anything. We just do our jobs and try to get home on time. The building industry in Kurnool keeps us pretty busy. Sometimes the paperwork takes longer than the actual building, which can be annoying for everyone. We try to be clear about what can be done and what can't. If you’re coming from the school side, just head around to the back. We have a small desk and some chairs for visitors. It isn't a high-end corporate place, just a normal office for local work. We know the local rules and how things work in this part of town. Most of our clients are just neighbors or people from nearby blocks. We prefer it that way. No need for anything flashy.
