Dilnawaz Enterprises

Our place is tucked away in King Market, right near the Royal Function Hall. If there is a big wedding going on, the whole street gets packed and noisy with music, but we like the energy of the neighborhood. The address is 56/67 A on Khanderi Street, though most people just look for our blue door. Inside, it is mostly just tall shelves and a few old chairs for when neighbors stop by to chat for a bit. We handle a lot of different items depending on what people are asking for that month. It is a small operation, just a few of us making sure everything runs okay from day to day. The lighting inside is not the best, but we know the layout of the shop by heart now. We have been here long enough that we do not need signs to tell us where the different stock is kept. Sometimes the deliveries arrive late because the streets here are so narrow for the trucks. We end up staying late into the evening just to move boxes inside so they are safe. It is hard work but it keeps us busy and out of trouble. We do not have a website or anything modern like that. People just know us from being in the market for so many years. We keep a big ledger on the desk to track everything we do. It is old-fashioned, but it works for us. We drink a lot of tea while we work.
