Being on the first floor is nice because it’s easy for people to walk up and see us without having to go too high up. The complex is a familiar landmark for most people living around here, so we don't usually have to give very long directions. We are a small team and we focus entirely on the chit fund business for the local community in 518301. It is a straightforward operation where we keep track of the monthly contributions and make sure everything is ready for the draws. We aren't trying to be a big corporate entity; we just want to be a reliable place for our neighbors to come.
