Deeni Book Depot

You’ll find Deeni Book Depot right there on New Bus Stand Road, sitting right beside the Edgha. It’s a busy part of town because of the buses coming and going all the time. There's always a lot of movement outside our door. We’ve been here long enough that the sound of the engines and people shouting for their stops just becomes background noise after a while. The shop itself is filled with books of all kinds. We don't have fancy shelves, just functional ones that hold as much as possible. Sometimes it takes a minute to find exactly what someone is looking for, but we usually get there. The location is handy for people who are just passing through or waiting for their next ride. We try to keep the shop open early and stay until the evening rush dies down. It’s a family-run kind of thing, so you’ll see the same faces every time you come in. We aren't looking to change much about how we work. It’s worked for us so far, and the neighbors seem to appreciate having us here. The building is older, but it serves its purpose. If you’re over by the bus stand, you can’t really miss the Edgha, and we’re right next to it. It’s a simple life, selling books and talking to travelers. We like it that way and we hope you do too.
