Aaron Brick Industry

We are located at Plot No. 36, which is part of survey number 130/3 in Rajendra Nagar village. We’re right beside N.H. 7, near Mamidalapadu village. It’s a good spot because the highway is right there, so transport is never a big problem. Aaron Brick Industry is a fairly simple operation. We have a big open area where we process the materials and set everything out to dry. It’s a lot of outdoor work, so we’re always keeping an eye on the sky to see if rain is coming. The office is just a small shack on the edge of the plot where we keep our tools and a few chairs. We don't have a big sign or anything flashy. Mostly, people just see the stacks of bricks from the highway and pull over to ask about them. We’ve been working on this plot for a while, and it’s become a second home to most of the staff. We don’t have any formal uniforms or corporate rules. We just show up, do the work, and go home when the sun sets. It’s honest, physical labor that leaves you tired at the end of the shift. We get along well with the folks in Rajendra Nagar and Mamidalapadu. It feels good to be part of the local landscape. We aren't trying to change the world, just making sure there are enough bricks for whoever is building nearby on their own land.
