If you walk down Rajkiya Street in Daund and look for A/39, you will find our spot. Niranjan Organics Pvt Ltd is where we manage our organic chemical supplies and paperwork. The building is an older one, so it has high ceilings and a bit of a damp smell when it rains. We have a lot of drums and containers stored in the back, and we have to be careful about how we move them around. The office at A/39 is usually quiet, except for the sound of the old typewriter we still use for some of the labels. Daund is a place that moves at its own pace, and we kind of do the same. We don’t rush things too much because accuracy matters more when you are dealing with these kinds of products. There is a small window that looks out onto Rajkiya Street, and it’s nice to watch the goats or the cycles go by during the slow hours. We keep the paperwork in metal filing cabinets that have seen better days. It is a simple setup, really. No one wears a suit here; we just wear what’s comfortable for a long day of moving stock and checking orders. Sometimes the power goes out, and we just sit outside on the steps until it comes back on. It is just a normal day-to-day routine for us.
