Shanthi Gears Limited

Our place is located at No. H1/H2 58 on the Main Road in R.M. Colony. Shanthi Gears Limited has been part of this street for quite some time now. Being right on the main road makes it easy for people to spot us, which is helpful. We spend our days dealing with gears of all shapes and sizes. It’s technical work, but we try not to overcomplicate it. The building isn't a modern glass tower; it's just a practical workspace suited for what we do every day. Inside, you’ll find plenty of machinery and a team that knows their way around a gear assembly. Some days are more chaotic than others, especially when we have a lot of orders coming in at once and the machines are running non-stop. We don't really have time for corporate jargon or long meetings that don't go anywhere. We just talk about teeth, ratios, and metal types. R.M. Colony is a nice enough area, though the traffic on the main road can be a bit much during the morning rush. We’ve got a routine down that seems to work for us after all these years. Most of the staff live nearby, so we feel like a local part of the community here. We don’t try to act like a giant conglomerate. We’re just a company making gears and trying to make sure they run smoothly for whoever is using them in their machines. It’s a steady kind of life here.
