Up in Ishber, Nishat, you will find Jamal Resorts. It’s a bit away from the main noise of the city, which is why people seem to come here. We are located in the 191121 area, surrounded by a lot of greenery and the natural beauty of the region. This isn't one of those massive, cold hotel chains you see in the big cities. We are a more modest place, run by local people who actually know the area. The rooms are simple and kept clean. We have a bit of garden space where guests can sit and look at the mountains when the weather is clear. It’s a quiet life out here in Nishat. We spend a lot of time maintaining the grounds and making sure the heaters are working during the colder months. The staff is small, so we all end up doing a bit of everything, from checking people in to helping with tea. Most of our guests are looking for a place to sleep that doesn't feel like a sterile hospital. We don't have a huge marketing budget or fancy brochures. People usually find us by word of mouth or by just driving through Ishber. It’s a peaceful spot. We just focus on providing a roof over your head and a decent place to rest while you are visiting this part of the world. It’s an honest way to make a living, and we take things one day at a time without any fuss.
