ABKA Services Private Limited is based out of Kawosa Manzil, which is in the Taribagh area of Srinagar. The office is care of Rouf Shah Kawosa, and it’s very much a local, family-oriented type of place. Taribagh is one of those neighborhoods where everyone seems to know everyone else, so you can't really walk down the street without saying hello to a few people. Our office inside Kawosa Manzil is pretty basic. We have the usual desks, chairs, and a lot of filing cabinets for all the service work we manage. We aren't trying to be some massive global firm; we just want to do a good job for the people who come to us. Srinagar is a beautiful place to work, though it has its challenges like any other city. We’ve been at this address, 191121, and it has served us well. The atmosphere in the office is usually pretty relaxed. We don't have a strict dress code or anything like that. As long as the work gets finished and the clients are happy, that’s what matters to us. Sometimes we have tea and just chat about the local news before getting back to the grind. It’s a very human way to run a business. We don't have any polished slogans or big marketing plans. We just rely on our reputation in Taribagh and the surrounding areas. It’s a humble setup, but it’s ours and we are proud of it.
