Kaizen Wire Formers

We have been here at Gate No-21/23 in Midc Kupwad for quite a while now. It is a busy spot, mostly industrial, which suits what we do with wire. Making things out of wire might seem simple to some, but it takes a lot of machines and keeping an eye on the details every day. Most of the guys working here have been around for years. They know the sounds the machines make when things are going right. We mostly spend our time dealing with orders that come in from the district and further out. It gets loud in the workshop during the day, so it's hard to hear much else once the sun is up. People come by asking for specific shapes or bends, and we just try to get it done. Sometimes the materials arrive late, or a machine needs a bit of oiling and a break, but we keep moving. It is not a fancy office or anything like that. Just a shop floor with plenty of metal and tools lying around where they need to be. We don't spend much time on the computer unless we really have to. Most of the work is done with our hands and the big equipment. If you walk past our gate in Midc Kupwad, you will likely see a truck being loaded or some wire coils being moved into the back. That is just how the days go for us. We stay busy enough without needing to make much of a fuss about it.
