L I C Estates is located in Village Perumbadappu, which is under the Cheruvalloor Post in Malapuram. We deal with land and property around this part of the country. It’s a lot of walking around fields and looking at boundaries. We spend time talking to people about their plots and trying to figure out the best way to handle the local real estate. Malapuram has some nice areas, and we spend a lot of our time out in the fresh air rather than being stuck behind a desk. Of course, there is still plenty of paperwork to do at the office. Dealing with land means checking records and making sure all the documents are in order. It’s a slow process sometimes, and you have to have a bit of patience. We aren't a big city firm with shiny offices. We just work out of our space in the village. People around here know who we are and they stop by to chat about local land prices or just to say hello. We try to keep things simple for everyone involved. Buying or selling land can be a headache, so we just try to explain things in plain English. Most of our business comes from word of mouth in the local area. We don't run big ads or anything like that. We just focus on the properties we have and the people who live around here. It is just a regular way of doing business.
