Gem Plastics

Gem Plastics is our small operation located on Palaghat Main Road. Specifically, we are at No. 8/21- A along Pudhia Pathai in Kuniamuthur. It is a busy road so there is always noise from the traffic passing by. We make and sell various plastic items that people use daily. The workshop is not very big, but it serves our needs just fine. We have a few machines running throughout the day. It gets warm inside when everything is powered up. Our team is small, just local folks from around Kuniamuthur mostly. We do not have a fancy showroom. You just walk in and see the stacks of products ready to go. Sometimes people stop by looking for specific sizes or shapes, and we see what we can do. It is straightforward work. We have been here at this address for a long time. The floor is usually covered in some dust, and there is always a smell of raw materials in the air. That is just part of the job. We keep the doors open to let the breeze in when it gets too stuffy. Most of our business comes from regular customers who have been buying from us for years. We appreciate the familiar faces. It is not a complicated business model, we just make things and sell them to whoever needs them. We like being part of the local landscape here. It is what we know how to do best.
