This branch is located at 485 in Phase II of the Barhi Textile Park, which is in the HSIIDC Industrial Area in Sonipat. It’s right off National Highway 1, so the location is very convenient for the transport trucks. The whole area is full of large industrial buildings and textile units. Inside our unit, the air is often thick with the smell of laundry chemicals and steam. We have several large industrial machines that run for most of the day. The floors are concrete and have to be hosed down regularly. We keep a close eye on the schedules to make sure the hospital supplies are processed and ready for the morning deliveries. The staff here is used to the noise and the heat. There’s a lot of manual work involved in sorting through the piles of fabric and loading the machines. The office is a simple room with some metal cabinets and a large table for meetings. We don't have a reception area since we aren't a public-facing business. Most of the people coming in are truck drivers or staff members. Outside, the parking lot is usually full of vans and delivery vehicles. It’s a busy, functional environment where the focus is on moving things around and the machines. We spend a lot of time maintaining the equipment and making sure the water lines are working right. It’s a tough, industrial setting but it’s how we operate every single day in Sonipat.
