Shree Balaji Food & Beverages

Our spot at Plot No C 13/11 in Kishanpura is kind of tucked away just behind the Hall Greenmarket in Ganaur. It’s a bit of a maze to get back here if you aren't familiar with the area, but we like the location because it’s close to where all the fresh produce moves. Shree Balaji Food & Beverages is a small operation, mostly run by a handful of local people who live nearby. We don't have a fancy corporate logo on the wall or anything like that. Mostly, it’s just crates, bottles, and the sound of the ceiling fans trying to keep the place cool. Ganaur can get pretty loud during the day, but behind the Greenmarket, it’s a different kind of busy. We spend a lot of time checking our stock and making sure everything is handled right. It’s a lot of physical labor, and at the end of the day, we’re all pretty tired. We aren't trying to change the world or anything; we just want to make sure the stuff we put out is decent and that our neighbors are okay. Sometimes the power goes out, and we have to sit and wait, but that’s just life here in Kishanpura. We’ve been in this spot for a while now, and we’ve seen the market change, but we just keep doing what we do. It’s a simple living and we don't need much more than the work right in front of us.
