Janta Polytechnic

This polytechnic is run out of House No. 749-J in Sector-7, over in the Gohana area. Vikas Malik is the one who handles the day-to-day things here, following in the footsteps of Sh. Dayanand Malik. It’s a local institution that’s been part of the Sonepat district for quite some time now. We focus on giving the students in the area a place to learn technical trades without them having to travel all the way to a big city like Delhi. The setup is very straightforward, using the space we have in the building to teach various practical subjects. We get students coming from all over the district, and most of them are looking for real-world skills they can use to get a job right away. It’s not a fancy place with high-end technology, but we have all the essentials needed to teach the basic curriculum properly. The neighborhood around us is mostly residential, so we try to keep things orderly and quiet for the neighbors. We spend our days going through the lessons, working in the small lab areas, and helping students prepare for their upcoming exams. It’s a humble operation, but it serves a lot of different families in the Gohana area. We don't have a lot of extra staff, so everyone here chips in with whatever needs doing, whether it’s cleaning up the workspace or sorting out the student files in the small office we use for admissions.
