Jagdamba Shuttering & Steel Fabrics

Being at Plot No. 137 in the Barhi Industrial Area means we see a lot of trucks and heavy machinery passing by. Jagdamba Shuttering & Steel Fabrics is where we spend our lives. We deal with heavy steel frames and shuttering used for big construction projects. It’s heavy work and your hands get pretty tough doing this kind of labor day after day. The yard is full of metal pieces waiting to be welded or loaded onto a trailer for a site. Phase 1 is a busy place, and our plot is right in the middle of all the action. We don't have a fancy office with a receptionist or air conditioning. We have a small fan that rattles and some old plastic chairs for when visitors come by. The guys are usually covered in soot and sparks from the welding machines. We have to talk pretty loud over the noise of the grinders and the hammering. It’s definitely not the kind of place for someone wearing a suit and tie. We just focus on the fabrication and making sure the pieces are right. If a piece of steel isn't straight, we take the time to fix it. We don't make a big deal out of things or use big words. It’s just steel and hard work. The weather in Barhi can get pretty rough, but the work doesn't stop for much. We've been doing this long enough to know the rhythm of the shop and the yard.
