Out here in Nandwani Nagar, Sonepat, things are a bit different than the big city offices. We have our setup here in Haryana where we handle a lot of the engineering and industrial support work. It’s a practical location for us. The pace in Sonepat 131001 is a bit more manageable, though we still keep very busy. We deal with a lot of technical specifications and project data. Most of us live nearby, so we have a good connection to the local area. Our office is a place where we focus on the details of the projects we’re given. We don't have a bunch of PR people or a shiny lobby. It’s mostly desks, computers, and people talking about structural designs. We value the fact that we can get things done without too much distraction. Sometimes the weather gets really tough in the summer, but we keep the fans going and stay on track. We've been part of this community for a bit and we like the people around here. It’s an honest way to make a living, working on projects that help the infrastructure grow. We don't make big promises we can't keep. We just look at the plans, do the math, and make sure everything is where it should be. It’s not glamorous work, but it’s important to us and the people we work for. We’re just regular folks doing our part and making sure the day goes well.
