Aditya Food Industries

You can find us at Block No. 26 inside the Kinfra Food Processing Park in Elamannoor, near Adoor. Being in a food park means we’re surrounded by other businesses doing similar things, so there’s always trucks moving in and out. Aditya Food Industries is our setup here. It’s an industrial space, so it’s built for work, not for looks. We’ve got the machinery for processing and enough space to store the raw materials we get from the local area. The floor is concrete, and the walls are high. It gets pretty warm in the afternoons, but we keep the fans going. We spend the day monitoring the machines and making sure the output looks like it should. It’s not a quiet job; there’s always a hum or a rattle from the equipment. We use a lot of local produce, so our schedule often depends on what’s in season. When the harvests come in, we’re extra busy. The staff here are mostly local folks from Adoor and nearby villages. We don't have a lot of corporate rules; we just know what needs to be done and we do it. We pack the finished products into crates and get them ready for the distributors. It’s hard work, and by the time we lock up the block at night, we’re usually pretty tired. But it’s a good, honest way to work in the food industry and support the local farmers too.
