Manoor Fisheries Road is always a bit busy, especially in the early hours of the morning when things are moving. Our spot here at Janatha Fish & Oil Products is right in the middle of all that activity. You can hear the trucks and the people shouting as they get things ready for the day. Being near Kota Post means we get our mail fairly regularly, though the humidity can be a bit much for the paper sometimes. The air always has that salty smell from the water, which you get used to after a week or two of working here. We spend a lot of our time just managing the day-to-day stuff that comes with handling fish and oil products. It’s not a clean or quiet job, but it is what we do. The office is tucked away, and it’s mostly just a place for us to sit and keep our records straight. We have a couple of old fans that struggle against the heat, but they do the job well enough. Most of the people working here have been around for a while, so we all know the routine. It’s a practical place, built for work rather than for looking good. We don't have any fancy meeting rooms or anything like that. If someone wants to talk to us, they usually just find us on the floor or near the entrance. It’s a hard-working atmosphere on a very busy road.
