Transparency Minerals Private Limited is our small company based at Plot No. 2/1A in Anna Nagar. We are located in the Sundaraperumal Koil area of Kumbakonam. It’s a quiet enough place most of the time. We work with minerals and that involves a lot of sorting and checking. Our facility isn't very large, but it fits what we need to do. We spend a lot of our hours looking at samples and making sure the records are updated correctly. Being in Kumbakonam, we are used to the local pace of things. The heat can get pretty intense during the afternoons, so we try to get the heavy work done early in the morning. We have a few desks and a lot of storage space for the materials we handle. It’s a straightforward operation. We don't have any corporate decorators or anything like that. The walls are a bit plain and we have stacks of papers everywhere. That’s just how we work. Sometimes we have visitors coming to see the plot, but mostly it’s just the staff here. We’ve been at this address for a while and the neighbors in Anna Nagar know us. We try to keep the place tidy but with minerals, there is always a bit of dust. We just keep moving through the daily schedule. It’s honest work and we stay busy with the orders that come in. There is always something to be counted or moved.
