Panacea India Food Products

Panacea India Food Products is based in Kumbakonam at 40, P Shanmugam Street. It is a quiet enough street most of the time. The office is in a traditional building that stays relatively cool even when the sun is beating down outside. We handle food products and it is a very hands-on kind of business. We don't have a lot of modern gadgets around here. We still prefer writing things down in our ledgers. The people who work here are all from the local area. We’ve known each other for a long time. It feels more like a small family than a business company. We don’t have any marketing experts or sales teams in suits. We just talk to our customers like regular people. Sometimes the smell of spices from the nearby markets drifts in through the windows. The office floor is made of old stone and it has some cracks, but it’s sturdy. We have a big wooden table where we sit and discuss the day’s work over some local coffee. It is a slow and steady life in this town. We don’t feel the need to rush things or act like we are some big city corporation. We just want to provide our products and keep our customers happy. Most days we close up early if the work is done and head home to our families.
