Mk Export

We are right across from the Power House on Salem Main Road. If you know the area, it's easy to find us at 2/319. The road outside is always full of trucks and cars passing through. It gets dusty. We spend our days dealing with exports, mostly just keeping track of inventory and talking to drivers. The office isn't much to look at, but it works for what we do. We have some old chairs and a big table where we spread out all the manifests. Sometimes we have tea from the stall nearby while we wait for a delivery. Life at Mk Export is about getting through the daily list. When the power goes out, which happens, we just wait it out or use the back-up. The main road is convenient for moving goods, even if the noise is a lot. We've stayed in this spot because it's practical. Most of our work is repetitive—checking lists, making calls, and making sure the crates are packed right. We don't have a big team, just a few of us who know the routine. It’s a bit messy sometimes with papers everywhere. We don't worry about looking professional in a corporate way. We just want to get the job done so we can head home to our families. It’s a full day of work here in this corner of Salem Main Road. We have some tea in the afternoon and then finish up.
